Artist statement
Each of us carries an energy that resonates at unique frequencies.
Our interpretation of "beauty" is integral to the harmony of those frequencies - and deep within us, that harmony reveals our definition of "beauty."
These sculptures are my interpretation of the human soul in those moments of specific release from the constraints of life.

About me...
I was born in a small suburb in the region of Paris. My first language, much to my surprise was Vietnamese, then changing to French during my initial formative years. My parents were famous icons in the Vietnamese society, and famous for their passion in politics. Family life was distant and isolated - this in itself has molded me into who I am today.

We moved to the United States when I was 11, with a mere 1 year introduction to the English language - culture shock was the main challenge in my life.
Mathematics and Sciences were my strength, but I always had a passion in the arts which remained dormant through my educational career.
In 1990, we moved to California, where I began my career in engineering in Silicon valley. After a few decades, I found that my career was lacking in challenges, and my passion in the arts began to emerge.
In the past few years, I have started to develop my sculpting skills. I have learned from a multitude of great artists around the world and learned from their amazing skills and artistic interpretations.
It is with great humility that I have tried to breathe some personal style into my work, that will inspire others to view and appreciate my work...
